Sarah Bloom Raskin has withdrawn her nomination to the Federal Reserve’s Board of Governors after a key Democrat joined with all Republicans within the Senate to oppose her affirmation, in keeping with an individual conversant in the matter who requested anonymity earlier than an official announcement.
