A person has tragically died after participating in a White Collar boxing combat.
Dominic Chapman, 26, handed away on April 11, simply 48 hours after collapsing within the ring throughout a charity fundraiser at Tramps nightclub in Worcester.
Mr Chapman was taken to a hospital in Birmingham on Saturday night time, however sadly later died.
Tributes have poured in for Mr Chapman, who has been described as a “pleasant large large”.
His brother Joseph, 29 mentioned: “We're totally damaged to have misplaced Domo. He was the kindest, friendliest and most first rate human being I knew.
“He lit up the lives of all who have been lucky sufficient to have met him.
“Domo has already modified three lives via organ donation, even since leaving us. I couldn’t be prouder of him.
“It was my privilege to have the ability to name him my little brother and my greatest mate. Relaxation straightforward, lad.”
Dominic’s cousin added: “He was a pleasant large large who at all times had a smile on his face. relaxation in peace Dominic Chapman.”
Worcester Metropolis Council has launched an investigation, via the Worcestershire Regulatory Companies (WRS), into his demise.
A WRS spokesperson mentioned: "This tragic incident has been reported to WRS and an investigation will likely be carried out.
“We will affirm that the charity boxing occasion was performed according to the venue’s licence.”
A spokesman for the organisers of the occasion, Extremely White Collar Boxing added: “Everybody at Extremely White Collar Boxing was devastated to listen to of the tragic demise of this younger man."
