Man charged with murder after allegedly pushing woman in front of train in Riverside

A man suspected of pushing a girl he was arguing with into the trail of a shifting practice in Riverside this week has been arrested and charged with homicide, authorities mentioned.

Kevin Errol Lewis, 41, was charged with first-degree homicide and home violence in reference to Monday’s 11 incident and already confronted excellent warrants for narcotics possession and theft, police mentioned. His bail was set at $1 million.

The sufferer has been recognized as Mary Maltos, 52.

Lewis and Maltos, each homeless and residing in Riverside, have been in “some form of a relationship,” in line with Riverside police spokesperson Ryan Railsback.
