Quorn accused of ‘ripping off’ classic video in cringeworthy ad as creator threatens to sue

Quorn have been accused of “ripping off” a traditional video of their new cringeworthy advert.

The meals firm posted the advert on social media to advertise their new vegan hen nuggets ‘UniQuorns’.

Alongside the video, Quorn wrote: “Don’t consider what the grown-ups informed you, UniQuorns are REAL!

“Magically golden, magically crunchy, and magically vegan!”

The video reveals animated unicorns which grew in quantity, earlier than displaying footage of a mushroom.

A tune on high of the images repeatedly mentioned “unicorns”, earlier than it went on to say “mushrooms”.

However viewers have been fast to hit again on the advert, accusing the agency of copying the viral video “badger, badger, mushroom”.
