Officer suspended over alleged rape at police college

A police officer has been suspended following the alleged rape of one other officer at a police school.

The alleged incident occurred on the Police Scotland Faculty at Tulliallan in Kincardine, Fife, on October 14.

Police Scotland mentioned that an investigation was launched instantly and a police officer was suspended.

The faculty is a key coaching website for the pressure.

Assistant Chief Constable Alan Speirs mentioned: “A report of a critical sexual assault was acquired on Friday October 14 2022 and an investigation by a crew of specialist officers was launched instantly.

“An officer was additionally suspended at the moment. He stays suspended whereas this investigation continues.”
