Republican Assemblymember Kevin Kiley and Democrat Dr. Kermit Jones are vying to symbolize the largely rural third Congressional District, which stretches a whole bunch of miles from the southern tip of Lassen Volcanic Nationwide Park by way of Mammoth Lakes to Dying Valley.
