We now have all been betrayed in some unspecified time in the future in our lives by somebody. Maybe that was a mother or father, sibling, instructor, pal, boss, enterprise, stranger, partner or politician. I've dealt with the betrayals in numerous methods; ignoring, anger, vent, retaliation, helplessness, or full rejection of all of that group of individuals.
In all of the ache, I've all the time wished the betrayer to do the identical issues: Admit usually their wrongs. Apologize usually for his or her wrongs. Discover options to resolve the issues that resulted from their betrayal. Settle for the courtroom rulings and do the time that was ordered.
On the similar time, I, the betrayed, don't need to spend the remainder of my life, hating all males, or all buddies, or all politicians, or no matter group or establishment that has betrayed me. If I stay on this hating stage, then the betrayer has gained. I must hear and unfold the phrase that the betrayer is altering his phrases and actions.
I'm not saying I've achieved this in all of the betrayals in my life. I'm a piece in progress. My belief is returning for the betrayers who're altering their phrases and actions.
I hope 2023 may have all of the betrayers saying the phrases and doing the actions that can proper the wrongs they've finished, and I hope the betrayed will settle for their modifications. We're on this world collectively. We'd like one another.
