Atlantic County Republicans awarded their group line to Chris DelBorrello for State Senate within the 4th district, giving him a county that represents about 7% of the GOP major votes in bid for the open seat of Democrat Fred Madden (D-Washington Township), who's retiring after 20 years within the higher home.A former Washington Township councilman, DelBorrello will face Nicholas DeSilvio, a Gloucester County Commissioner, within the GOP major. DeSIlvio has received traces in Gloucester and Camden counties.DelBorello’s two working mates, former Buena Council President Matthew Walker, Sr. and newcomer Lisa Rayca. They are going to face Michael Clark, a 24-year-old businessman and athletic director of the Stable Rock Christian College, and Denise Gonzalez, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and in addition a member of IBEW Native 351, within the GOP Meeting major. Democrats have nonetheless not introduced their candidate to interchange Madden.DelBorrello served as a councilman from 2011 to 2015. He now lives in Gloucester Township.
